We take all the necessary precautions to ensure each element of your “Rock Hard” Wendy House Is built to withstand the test of time. Our standard features include:

• Fully framed panel structure ensures strength and durability.

Our Wendy Houses Are Not Wooden

We use an imported material called “Rock Hard” for our wall cladding. This offers substantial advantages over wooden alternatives.

• High grade, low maintenance “Rock Hard” cladding only requires a repaint every 3-5 years with any exterior house paint. This is significantly less than the annual or bi-annual treatment that traditional wooden units require.
• Waterproof, fire proof and insect proof meaning water and insect damage on Wendy Houses can be a thing of the past.
• Weather resistant “Rock Hard” cladding offers durability meaning your Wendy House will stay looking as smart as the day it is installed.
• 100% environmentally friendly with an International Green Guard Certification.

We Offer Free Delivery and Installation Within 60kms

Delivery and installation up to 60kms from our factory in Muldersdrift is included in our delivered and installed price. If you are between 60kms and 150kms away, delivery is available at a small additional fee. If you’re further than 150kms away, we offer a Collect and DIY option with easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions.

We Install our Wendy Houses Onto Bricks

We level the unit onto bricks which is included in our delivery price. This means you don’t need to do any ground preparation before we come.

If your gradient is greater than 300mm across the whole unit, we offer a stilted base at an additional fee.

No Hidden Costs

Our delivery prices include:

• Floors (fully braced and treated floor)
• Window glazing
• Bricks for installation
• Delivery and installation up to 60kms

Our Collect & DIY option includes:

• Floors (fully braced and treated floor)
• Glass and putty for window glazing
• Installation kit with the necessary consumables

This means, there are no hidden costs with Wendy House Centre! When we’re done, your unit is ready to use.

Our Wendy Houses arrive in panels

The Wendy House panels are erected on-site. This means that we can go through narrow walkways to get to the installation site. At the minimum, we require a walkway that is the width of a pedestrian gate with 2.6m height clearance.

We Offer Optional Extras

While we pride ourselves in our ready-to-use Wendy Houses, sometimes a little something extra is nice to have. We offer the following optional extras at an additional cost:

• Roof Paint: in your choice of grey or terracotta.
• Roof Insulation: to help maintain the ambient temperature more. This is a building grade sisolation which is silver on the top and white at the bottom. Roof insulation is recommended when people will be spending extended hours in the Wendy House.
• Stilted Bases: this raises the unit up onto wooden stilts rather than being installed onto bricks. This is necessary for gradients that exceed 300mm. Stilt height can not exceed 1.0m at any point. We will always make the stilts as short as possible for safety reasons.
• Extra Mileage: for delivery and installation that is between 60kms and 150kms from our factory in Muldersdrift.

You Can Book A Morning of Afternoon Delivery Slot

We deliver and install multiple Wendy Houses pr day which means we are unable to give you an exact arrival time. That being said, we try our best to fit in with your schedule which is why we offer a “morning” or “afternoon slot”. If you request a morning slot, you will be our first stop for the day, our install crew should arrive at you by 10am. If you book an “afternoon” slot, you will be our last stop for the day, our install crew should arrive from 2pm.

No matter which delivery slot you request or are assigned, the installer will always phone you when they are on the way to give you a heads up and a more accurate arrival time.

Our Delivery And Installation Process Is Quick

No matter the size, your “Rock Hard” Wendy House will be delivered and installed on the same day. Installation can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 6 hours depending on the unit size and optional extras.
